Step-by-Step Walkthrough:

  1. Open OPMS Dashboard → Appointments & Scheduling.
  2. Click New Booking and search for the patient record.
  3. Select the attending practitioner, consultation type, and time slot.
  4. Click Confirm Booking to send automated SMS reminders to the patient.
